Preliminary Program

Friday - September 11th
09:00 - We will all meet in Reykjavik (location announced later)
09:30 - Start of the Bus tour of lifetime. We will stop at various locations, and eat lunch and dinner in middle of nowhere (Dinner BBQ party). Various activities in the bus, and during stops, and a experienced guide will help us to experience the surroundings fully
22:00 - Arrival at Hotel Laki

Saturday - September 12th
08:00 - 09:00 - Breakfast
09:00 - 12:00 - Workshops (Theater and games for the adults, special program for children)
12:00 - 13:00 - Lunch
13:00 - 19:00 - Free time. Choose between few activites in the area or enjoy the nature by yourself. details later
17:00 - 18:00 - Nordic chair meeting
19:00 - ??:?? - Barn dance and dinner. Live music.

Sunday - September 13th.
08:00 - 09:00 - Breakfast
09:00 - 12:00 - Workshops (Theater and games for the adults, special program for children)
12:00 - 13:00 - Lunch
13:00 - 14:00 - Open mike
14:00 - 19:00 - Bus trip
19:00 - Dinner close to Reykjavik
22:00 - Arriving in Reykjavik. Bus will continue to Keflavik for those staying there.

The announced price (250 euros for double room, 300 euros for single room) is only valid until May 1st. Those who register later will have to pay 300 euros for double room and 350 euros for single room
